Mission Statement

My mission is to help people make informed, educated decisions about real estate investments—not simply to close transactions.

I believe a good advisor should be willing to slow down, ask the right questions, study the numbers, and tell a client when a deal does or does not make sense. My role is to provide the analysis, knowledge, resources, and honest perspective necessary for my clients to make decisions with confidence.

Whether the right decision is to buy, sell, hold, negotiate, or walk away, my goal is to help my clients make the decision that is right for them. I measure success not by how quickly a deal closes, but by the value I bring to the people I have the privilege of serving.

I Do It for the Love of the Game

I bought my first multifamily property at 21 while I was still in college.

I wasn't trying to build a career in real estate—I simply wanted to invest, learn how it worked, and build something of my own.

That first four-unit property changed the direction of my life. I fell in love with analyzing deals, finding opportunities, improving properties, solving problems, and negotiating.

That is still what I love about real estate today.

I'm not in this business simply to close deals. I'm in it because I genuinely love the game and want to use what I've learned to help others make smart real estate investments.

3 Core Pilllars

01 — Serve First

02 — Faith & Purpose

03 — Love the Game

I want every person I work with to feel that their interests come before the transaction. Whether that means finding a deal, telling someone to walk away from one, or connecting them with someone better suited to help, I want to leave people better off for having worked with me.

I believe God has given each of us unique abilities, opportunities, and a purpose. I want to use the skills and opportunities I've been given to serve others, build something meaningful, and honor God through the way I work.

I genuinely love real estate. I love finding opportunities, studying the numbers, solving problems, negotiating, and constantly learning. I want to become exceptionally good at what I do—not simply for success, but so I can provide greater value to the people who trust me.

Beyond Real Estate

IMG_1335.jpeg

Real estate is a big part of my life, but it isn't all of it. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my two nieces. Relationships are very important to me.

Staying active is also very important to me. I love playing golf and basketball, running, reading, and spending time in Savannah and on the beach. I’ve always been competitive when it comes to sports. I enjoy the challenge, the preparation, and constantly trying to get better. That competitive side of me naturally carries into real estate, where I enjoy finding opportunities, solving problems, and working hard to create the best outcome possible.

Most importantly, my faith and the people I care about keep me grounded. I want to make the most of the opportunities God has given me, invest in the people around me, and live a life that has purpose beyond just my career.
